For 20 years I have been helping people with individual, relationship and other personal problems. Clients report they appreciate my caring yet practical approach along with proven strategies.  My specialties include couples counselling, stress, anxiety, depression, family and work conflict, infidelity, relocation, substance abuse, chronic pain and life coaching.  Client goals include improving relationships, coping with emotion, dealing with bad habits and difficult situations and finding a direction in life. I use several models of practice including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman and Emotionally Focused approaches to couples work.

Finding a counsellor or mediator to guide you is not easy.  I'm hoping this website will give you some help with this and provide some information about my practice.
